Options
Paper Size: A4, US Letter, 6in x 9in, 7.5in x 9.25in, B5
From Year to 2005: Entries from selected="selected" year (included) to 2005 (included)
Up to Security: (entries to include) Private (All), Friends (Friends Only + Public), Public (only Public)
To Include: Mood, Security Level (Private, Friends, Public), Music.
Language: Words such as "Chapter", "Content", and the months are translated into the selected="selected" language.
Images: Retrieve all IMG links and include pictures in LJBook. (No LaTeX source at this time)
Comments: Include all comments (LiveJournal & InsaneJournal ONLY).

Archive: These options produce big PDF files.
High Resolution Images: This archive mode will convert all your pictures to a non lossy format. Many tools will allow you to retrieve these pictures from your PDF later.
Community: You can NOT distribute the PDF produced without prior agreement of ALL posters of the community.

Limitations
Lines breaking: lines without any space will run over the page.
